MAXFLO-SVM Machine or Floor Mounted Mist Collectors have many of the same features of our LVM models but are compact in design. Models range from 600 to 1200 CFM. With its small foot print, the SVM mist collectors can be mounted directly on the the machine tool, suspend from the ceiling, or mounted on a floor stand. MAXFLO-LVM Floor or Ceiling Mounted Mist Collectors range from 1500 cfm to 12000 CFM. Our mist collectors offer efficient and low-maintenance collection of oil/coolant and water-based mist. The MAXFLO multi-stage media mist collectors are designed to collect and remove airborne mist, smoke, dust, odors, and sub-micron vapors. It is a multiple stage mist collector that has capabilities exceeding 99% efficiency. MAXFLO media collectors are designed for minimum maintenance. With slower internal velocities through the mist collector and low air to cloth ratios, continuous draining is achieved which results in longer filter life. By collecting airborne contaminates you will reduce housekeeping cost, improve productivity, and reduce rebuild costs of machinery.
Mini Mist Collector. The electronic Mini Mist Collector can be mounted directly on the machine tool for source capture of contaminants such as water-soluble, synthetic and petroleum-based coolants and smoke. The Mini Mist Collector features high efficiency — up to 95% efficient on 0.3 micron particles, compact cabinet design, and a 6-foot cord and plug that fits a standard 120VAC outlet.
